Information we use and why
When you contact us, we use your name, contact details, vehicle registration, vehicle information and message to respond, assess the work and arrange services. Processing an enquiry or agreed work is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract or to perform that contract. We may also keep relevant correspondence to manage our business and resolve queries under our legitimate interests, and records required to meet legal obligations.
How the enquiry form works
The form creates a draft in your email application. Nothing is sent to the garage until you send that email. Form entries are not saved in this website’s browser storage. Your email provider processes the draft and message under its own terms. Do not include payment-card information or unnecessary sensitive information.
Hosting and service providers
Vercel hosts the website and may process IP addresses, request information and security logs to deliver and protect it. Email providers process messages you send. Providers may process information outside the UK; their applicable transfer arrangements and privacy terms apply. We do not sell enquiry information or use this website for advertising tracking.
How long information is kept
Enquiry and service records are kept only for as long as needed to handle your request, provide the service, meet applicable record-keeping duties and resolve disputes. The period depends on the record and any legal requirements. Contact us for information about your particular records.
Cookies and optional maps
No advertising or analytics scripts are installed. We store your cookie choice in local storage under oem-map-consent-v1 for up to six months so the website can remember it. Google Maps is blocked until you allow optional maps, and is loaded only when requested. Loading it sends information including your IP address to Google and may allow Google to use cookies. You can reject maps and still use all other services and contact details.
Use to change your choice. Rejecting maps removes the embedded map; cookies already set by Google can be managed in your browser. Social channels are ordinary outbound links, not embedded feeds. Google’s privacy policy describes its processing.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of personal information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
